AGE CHART
Players 5 - 14 years old are eligible to play with the Desert Ridge Rattlers and will be grouped by age
(8U | 10U | 12U | 14U)
Team Age Divisions as defined by YLA:
Teams are divided according to age classifications as defined by Youth Lacrosse of Arizona.
Age divisions are designed to encompass no more than a 24-month age span and keep athletic development levels balanced.
- 8U - K-2nd Grade
Between the ages of 5 and 8 through 04/15/2025 - 10U - 3rd-4th Grade
Under 10 through 04/15/2025 - 12U - 5th-6th Grade
Under 12 through 04/15/2025 - 14U - 7th-8th Grade
Under 14 through 04/15/2025
Game formats are designed to be developmentally appropriate.
