Refund Policy

Desert Ridge Rattlers Lacrosse Club (the “Club”) operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We keep player registration fees as low as possible while still offering an excellent experience for players. Prior to the season, we use player registration fees to fund our operating budget, which includes equipment, field reservations, league fees, and coaching stipends, among other expenses. 

As such, all paid registration fees are non-refundable. This refund policy applies regardless of reason for withdrawal, including, but not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or injuries.  

In rare cases, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the Club’s Board of Directors. These exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation. Any requests for exceptions must be emailed to desertridgelax@gmail.com.
